The Carle After Dark: The Carletones

  • Eric Carle Museum 125 West Bay Road Amherst, MA, 01002 United States (map)

The Carletones

The Carletones are a powerhouse jazz duo made up of Dylan Walter and Aeneas Strozier, both homegrown musicians from the UMass Amherst jazz department. Drawing from a wide range of styles and influences, they explore the music of the 20th century from all angles. Whether it's the classics from the Great American Songbook or the music of 1970s singer-songwriters, they always bring a unique and personal touch to their performances.

The theme for the May Carle After Dark event is Once Upon a Picturebook: Discover picture book magic through making, playing, and imagining together in this magical program for all ages!
